This session is delivered by a highly experienced practitioner. David is a former Senior Assistant Deputy Minister and Assistant Secretary to the Cabinet in the federal Privy Council Office with over thirty years of experience briefing Prime Ministers, Ministers and Deputy Ministers.  For over fifteen years, David has conducted more than fifty programs in policy writing and briefing notes across public sector departments and agencies.
