Ted Glenn is an instructor and highly-experienced trainer who has worked extensively with Canada’s federal, provincial and municipal governments.  Dr. Glenn coaches public sector organizations in the areas of leadership development, legislative operations, cabinet decision-making, program enhancement and talent management.  Dr. Glenn currently serves in a leadership position in a Public Administration postgraduate program in Toronto.  He is also vice-president of the Canadian Association of Programs in Public Administration (CAPPA), an association of departments across Canada engaged in teaching public administration.
