Summary:

Communicating clearly and listening effectively are essential skills for employees at all levels of government.  Whether you`re the deputy minister, a junior policy analyst, an IT specialist or an administrative professional you need to master the art of communicating.

This intensive, hands-on session breaks down the interpersonal communication process in government into its basic components in order to train participants to become better, more effective communicators.  The session focuses on listening, assertiveness, confidence, presentation, writing and non-verbal communication.
