  • What is a Teleseminar?

    A Teleseminar is a live interactive webinar course (with Q & A's). It is done over WebEx with an internet connection.

  • What equipment do I need?

A computer with speakers and an internet connection.

  • How does it work?

After you register for the course, you will receive simple log-in instructions (normally 72 hours prior to the course).  On the day of the course, simply enter the ID provided to join the session.

  • Why did Blackstone introduce Teleseminars?

Teleseminars, or interactive webinar courses, offer you the convenience of training from any location. Training and travelling costs are significantly lower. Webinars are hassle-free. They allow you to manage your time more efficiently and effectively.

  • I want to have several people attend the course. Do I have to pay for each participant?

We provide a very cost-effective rate for groups which is posted on our registration page. The group rate applies to a maximum of six participants while additional ones can join for half the individual cost.  We offer further discounts for larger groups of 15 or more.  Those who can't attend on the specified date or those who miss the session will receive a recording.

  • Can I provide questions before and after the Teleseminar?

Absolutely. Our experts welcome questions during the course and they are always pleased to answer follow-up questions following the end of the session..

  • What happens the day of the Teleseminar?

Five to ten minutes prior to the start of the course, simply click on the link and enter the course ID that was sent to you. You will be placed back on "music hold" until the session starts.

  • I’m on dial-up – will that affect my experience?

We think you’ll be delighted with the experience, even if you use a dial-up connection for your Internet service.

  • Do I need a headset or speakers?

You computer must be equipped with speakers for the audio portion.  Questions may be submitted via the chat box.

  • Will I need to download any software?

No. The entire presentation can be viewed without any downloads.
