Nathan is a learning professional and certified executive coach with more than 20 years of experience.  He has delivered over 500 workshops to organizations, including more than 60 federal departments. A former employee of the Privy Council Office, Nathan specializes in briefing notes training.  He also has a strong understanding of the government workplace.

Arthur teaches storytelling at the University of Ottawa's Professional Development Institute.  He is well known as a very dynamic and engaging facilitator and students call his teaching style "warm and encouraging" and "very inspiring".  Arthur has been recognized and awarded for his teaching excellence by various university departments. He holds an MFA and an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Ryan leads workshops on effective writing for governments and businesses across North America.  The workshops are filled with practical skills that can be implemented immediately.  Ryan attended Western University, where he graduated from the Ivey Business School and the Faculty of Law.  He practiced law before turning his focus to training full time. 

Olivier is a computer science specialist with a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).  He has a passion for teaching and conveying knowledge. Olivier understands the distiction between important features that are useful in a government environment as opposed to mere counterproductive accessories.  He is a computer science graduate of the University of Technology of Toulouse (France) 

Laurie trained over 10,000 students over the past twenty years.  She is a highly-experienced educator with a strong background in computer training and the author of over 25 books on computers and software, including best-selling instructional books.

Andres teaches various courses at the University of Ottawa's Professional Development Institute and has over 15 years of federal government experience.  He specializes in government writing where participants learn to minimize 'rework' by understanding both the strategic and practical aspects of planning, writing and editing excellent writing products, such as briefing notes, and communicating their key messages.  Andres' unique ability to engage audiences in group excercises provides a rich environment for discussion and learning.  Throughout his extensive government experience, Andres was responsible for briefing countless senior and elected officials.

Craig instructed thousands of students over the past 30 years.  Clients included federal, provincial and municipal governments as well as universities and numerous companies in the private sector.
